TODAY ON THE CONSTRUCTIVELY CRITICAL AND ENTERTAINMENT BLOG: PICTURE COMEDY AND WRITTEN COMEDY/ CONCLUSION OF THE PREVIOUS CRITICISM TOPIC( STOP EXPLOLITING THE NIGERIAN GRADUATES).

COMEDY TIME! PICTURE COMEDY!

CAN A PUSSY CAT ACTUALLY CATER FOR AND FEED A DAY OLD CHICK? SEE THIS!

I LOVE YOU?

OH! LOOK AT THIS SQUIRREL IS TAKING A SIP OF COCACOLA WITH A STRAW. AMAZING!

TOP COMEDY OF THE DAY TITLED “MR PASTOR AND HIS STUBBORN CONGREGATION”

A Pastor in his church noticed that each time he preaches and makes an altar call, no one responds to the altar call to give his or her life to Christ. This made him to be ashamed and dismayed.

Pastor got himself a great idea. Guess what? Place a prize for the first 5 persons to respond to the altar call.

Another worship day came. After the sermon, he gave another altar call and as usual nobody responded to the altar call. Angrily, Mr Pastor placed a prize of a whooping one hundred us dollars ($100) for the first 5 persons to respond to the altar call. Behold the crowd in disbelief still did not respond. However, two intelligent women stood up and stepped forward to the altar.
Amazingly, the two received the cash of $100 (about #15,000 for Nigerians) each. On seeing this wonderful prize, about three-quarter of the congregeation stood up and responded to the altar call. Oh! Its too late, says the Pastor, you will have to give your life to Christ when next we meet, he told the crowd that stood up.

CHUCKLES………. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA….

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM TODAY: CONCLUSION OF THE TOPIC “STOP EXPLOITING MY FELLOW NIGERIAN GRADUATES AND GRADUATES WORLDWIDE FOR RECRUITMENT SAKE”

I decided to give more time for entertainment today in a bid to keep us relaxed and smiling. I appreciate your comments on the previous post. I am not the type that criticizes without giving remedial solutions. Visit www.motivationalwordsonmarble.blogspot.com and search for the quotation that states ‘ don’t only find problem, find the solution as well’ in one of the posts – search very well. There is no doubt that I have done the criticism and will continue preaching it until I start seeing changes in my country and across the globe (the world at large).

SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM OF EXPLOITING GRADUATES FOR THE SAKE OF RECRUITMENT BY GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE AGENCIES

1) The Federal Government of Nigeria ( with President Goodluck Jonathan in charge presently) should understand the problem of unemployment now and act by stopping government establishments from requesting graduates to pay fees for recruitments. Look at FRSC (#1000), NDLEA(#1500 FOR SCRATCH CARD), NECO( #500 SCRATCH CARD FOR CHECKING RESULTS OF EMPLOYMENT TEST). This is wrong and bad. Act right Nigeria – visit www.actrightnigeria.org for more.

2) Private firms should please continue to support the Nigerian Government by recruiting graduates without fees. Keep it up. Thanks to the banks, please employ graduates on merit and not connection to the management.

3) Graduates should please shun all evil vices and start doing genuine things for a start. Stop cyber crimes, kidnapping and all evil devices. Nigeria should be painted white and not black to the world, we are good and great people.

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM TODAY: STOP EXPLOITING AND FRUSRATING THE NIGERIAN GRAADUATES

In my previous post, it was categorically stated that graduates in Nigeria are being treated unfairly by some government agencies and two of them were specifically mentioned. I stand to be corrected and I am not apologetic about that because the truth must be spoken at all cost. Why should they be demanding fees from graduates who are not guaranteed of getting the jobs. Is this right? No! Visit www.actrightnigeria.org for more.

All recruitment procedures whatsoever are suppose to be free and voluntary, because they are in need of the work force to fill in the spaces in their establishment. Why exploit my fellow graduates? It is unfair and dubious.

The Niger Delta Development Commission(NDDC) sometime last year requested the south-south graduates to submit their credentials alongside a free for all form - that is how a recruitment process is suppose to be. However, another disappointing thing is the fact that some of these employees don’t follow up employment procedures, as seen with the NDDC, who after 10 months are yet to respond to the applications made last year. Is this right? No! Let us learn to do things holistically without two-timing people. This now looks like a scam because it is yet to be looked into.

Many of my fellow youths are frustrated, and are now getting involved in one form of crime or the other - my heart bleeds. There is a recent spate of kidnapping here and there, cyber crimes and armed robbery included, with some graduates involved- this is not good. I am calling on the government of Nigeria and of other countries to look into the causes of youth restiveness which I believe is 95% unemployment. It is no longer news that we have a challenge of giving jobs to all the youths or a majority of them, but exploitation of graduates will not help matters at all. This has to be checked.

To my fellow youths and graduates, I sincerely apologize to you on behalf of the government who are making promises and some so called agencies(public or private) involved in exploitation of graduates. Please, eschew crimes because dubious ventures would only lead you to disastrous adventures. Move out of your comfort zone today and start a genuine thing today to get the pocket something manageable.

In my next post, I would be talking about some private agencies involved in exploitation of graduates and ways of checking this. Watch out in few days.

COMEDY AND CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM TODAY

TODAY ON THE CONSTRUCTIVELY CRITICAL AND ENTERTAINMENT BLOG: (1) JOKE OF THE DAY (2) STOP EXPLOITING GRADUATES - GOVERNMENT SHOULD ACT NOW.

JOKE OF THE DAY TITLED “DON’T MAKE MISTAKES”
A man in his hotel room in London accidentally typed a wrong email address, and without realizing his error, sent the email somewhere else in Houston, to a widow who had just returned from her husband’s funeral. The widow decided to check her email for condolence messages. And guess what she saw! A mail from an unknown sender which read “ To my Loving wife; Subject: I have arrived, I know you are surprised to hear from me. They have computers here and we are allowed to send emails to loved ones. I have just arrived and saw that everything has been prepared for your arrival. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. The widow fainted.

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM TODAY: AGENCIES(GOVERNMENT OR PRIVATE) SHOULD STOP EXPLOITING THE NIGERIAN GRADUATES
It is with a deep sense of chagrin( disappointment) that I wish to write this article on behalf of the average Nigerian graduate who have been suffering from several means of exploitation from potential employees including government agencies. Without fear or favour I wish to list the most recent form of exploitation from government agencies like the Federal Road Safety Corps who declared a #1,000 fee to apply for jobs, the Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency who demanded a purchase of #1,500 scratch card to apply for jobs and I could keep listing them, but let me just live it at these for now; as they are federal establishments poised to help mankind from accidents and prevent drug related crimes respectively.

My fellow graduates, is this right? The answer is absolutely no! Please let us act right – visit www.actrightnigeria.org for more. The federal government of Nigeria must see to this issue of exploitation of graduates who don’t have any means of survival order than depending on their parents or guardian for those who are priviledge to have. My heart bleeds. Let me use this opportunity to channel this trend to the president of Nigeria to help the average Nigerian graduate. We want free recruitment procedures into any government owned establishment, because if this is not checked, the private firms will start doing same very soon. Thanks to all private firms including banks who are helping government in reducing the level of unemployment in Nigeria. This discussion will continue in few days.
